Nifty idea but...

... it really feels like itd be way easier to play on a PSVita or 3DS as opposed to a phone or tablet (though there is a PC version). The controls are kinda wonky, tending to overlap text if you put the controls in the "usual position" of the bottom left and right but you cant move them to the black bars outside the game area, which would help it control better and not dig into the area between my thumb and pointer finger. The game is certainly worth trying if you like story-driven games as theres a large amount of branches, characters and endings.
While I liked my one playthrough, it wasnt easy enough control-wise that Im unsure if Ill play this particular version again. Theres always the PC version and Devolver Digital tends to make quite a few ports of the games they publish so I wouldnt be too shocked if it got a handheld or console release at some point.
