Amazing game, but PLEASE fix

I absolutely love this game, the way its built, played, managed, and understandable. Its is fun and packed with mystery and entertainment. Your actions matter. But theres one bug thats made me want to uninstall until its fixed, and this is that when ever i turn off my phone or it turns itself off or dies, while im playing the game, when i start it back up, my progress will have been saved, and i am able to load it, but when i do, instead of the game, im introduced with a black screen and controls, that do work, but control nothing, for yet again, its just a black screen. This has happened bout five or six times now, and every time it happens i have to start a new game. Ive considered uninstalling until this bug is fixed, but the game is so fun i hesitate to
